Unless otherwise specified below, all products are sold with a one year parts & labour warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or any physical damages caused by the customer. Tomcom will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products. All warranty returns are subject to the RMA return policy as below.
- All CPUs have one-month warranty thru Tomcom. After one-month customer may contact manufacture directly if still within manufacture warranty period.
- Routers have one-month warranty thru Tomcom . After one-month customer may contact manufacture directly if still within manufacture warranty period.
- Used products have 7 or 30 days warranty depending on product. Tomcom do not provide any softwares or support for used products (you may purchase any software from sales department).
- For printer warranty all customer will have to contact printer manufacture directly. We apologize for any inconvenience.
RMA return policy
In
order to process your RMA return promptly, please do the following:
1. Bring original invoice(or copy of original invoice).
2. A brief note describing the problem and defective symptoms.
Product will be refused if there is physical damage, broken warranty seal or alteration of serial numbers by customer and will void all warranties. All goods returned for warranty that are found to be non-defective (or damaged as a result of misuse including static discharge) will be shipped back to the customer collect. A service fee of $20.00 per item may be applied.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
DOA products and/or any shipping discrepancies must be reported to Tomcom within 72 hours . DOA returns are subject to the RMA return policy outlined in this document.
Returns for Credit/Refund
Credit will not be issued on any goods purchased over 30 days. Merchandise will be accepted for credit only if returned in resalable condition including original packing and all manuals and accessories. All sealed product, used product, software and special-ordered product are not returnable. A 15% restocking charge will be applied for returned product. All products returned for credit are subject to the same RMA policy as above. Tomken Technologies reserves the right to refuse any request to issue credit for returned product. All returns for credit are to be applied on future purchases. No refund cheques will be issued.
All credit will be issued at current prices (this also applies to DOA products).
